Research On The Model Of Interests Connection Between New Agricultural Business Subjects And Farmers

Since the founding of New China,the problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants have always been the top priority of China's social development and one of the focus issues of the Party Central Committee.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the implementation of the household contract responsibility system has largely liberated rural productivity and brought a new look to the countryside.However,with the continuous development of social productivity and the reform of the rural economic system,the limitations of the household contract responsibility system have also emerged.There is a new contradiction between production relations and productivity that needs to be resolved.The main contradiction is reflected in the small-scale,scattered production and large markets of farmers,the “small peasant economy” and modern agriculture.Therefore,new agricultural production and management methods are needed to solve the problem.This method must solve the problems of scattered and small-scale farmers,and realize the scale and modernization requirements of agricultural production,and resolve the contradiction between agricultural production and market.Only by realizing the industrialization of agriculture can agriculture be smoothly transformed into modernization.In the process of agricultural industrialization,the connection of interests and the distribution of benefits have always been the focus of attention.To realize rural industrialization,it is necessary to establish a reasonable and effective interest linkage model,which exists between agricultural business entities and farmers.In the practice process of agricultural industrialization reform in our country,we have found that there are many ways of existence of interest linkage mode,which combines business management and property rights;it is both loose and relatively compact.Analysis of domestic and foreign research data found that there are many research directions on interest linkage models,there are macro-level,there are micro-levels of case studies,and there are also solutions to specific problems.This shows the importance of the interest linkage model for the linkage between farmers and new agricultural management entities.In the agricultural industrialization operation,the connection between the new agricultural management entity and the interests of farmers is the key point,and the interest linkage model is the core issue between the two.This paper systematically sorts out the relevant theories of interest linkage model.After theoretical analysis,combined with the current situation in China,it conducts an indepth study on the current interest linkage model and deficiencies between farmers and new agricultural management entities.Then,a new organizational model is proposed for its shortcomings,which is not only the management model of “farmers + N + new agricultural management entities”,but also the management organization model as a supplement and carrier of the interest linkage model between farmers and business entities;Sexually proposed a detailed plan for the transformation of the existing “new agricultural management entity + farmers”,and improved its organizational model and interest linkage model.
