Research On Agricultural Industrialization Management And Farmers' Income Increase In China

Our country's economy and people's average income last has grown rapidly since Reform and Opening-up. However, our country rural economy and farmers' income only has grown rapidly6years after Reform and Opening-up, then the growth speed began to slow down. In recent twenty years, the rate of growth of farmers'income is declining, the income gap between of the farmers and citizens is expanding gradually, farmers rely mainly on non agricultural income, the agriculture's contribution to increase farmers' income is reducing. In the today when the world agriculture modernization and modernization of our country industry developing rapidly, our country rural economy developing like a "snail crawling. this strange phenomenon became the people "focus" of attention and a "knot" that difficult to untie. In recent years, with the attention of our government and the arrival of phase of "industry feeds back agriculture" of our country economic development, our government invested a lot to rural on national policy and funds, the problem has been improved but far from being resolved. The low of farmers' income effects the life quality of the farmers' and agricultural investment in reproduction, affect our country to the expansion of domestic demand and national economy whole runs, affect social harmony and political stability. Solving the problem of farmers' income hard is a problem concerning China's beneficial to the people's livelihood. There are many factors which cause farmers' income hard, but all the factors are derived from we have no regard agriculture as a kind of industry to operate. There are many measures which is solve to the problem of farmers' income hard, but agricultural industrialization include a variety of measures to solve the problem of farmers' incomes hard. This study regard agricultural industrialization.as an effective approach to improving the income of farmers.and regard increasing farmers' income as the core goal to study agricultural industrialization.In the first part, the author discusses the relationship between the management of our country agricultural industrialization and improving the income of farmers. The author first explained the related basic concepts,then analysis current farmers' income situation on the basis of amount of detailed statistics, and look for its existing problems, and analysis of its risk, and then find the deep-seated reason of the problem, find out the root cause of our country farmer hard in agriculture, so we should promote peasants' income by agricultural synergism of appreciationThe the second part, the author analysis the obstacle of agricultural industrialization development that Influence our country farmers' income's growth and its forming factors.In last part, the author puts forward to countermeasures on advancing agricultural industrialization, stimulating our country farmers'income's growth. In this part, the author first list the two typical cases to broaden readers agricultural industrialization development view and train of thought, then according to the actual situation of our country proposed the countermeasures and suggestions:to improve policy support tool system,to better agricultural service system, to cultivate agricultural product base, to foster new-style farmers, to go around this core of stimulating the farmers' income's growth, regarding the giving aid to bibcock enterprise as the key, to regard the processing industry of agricultural products as the focus, to regard building a truly belong to the farmers own agricultural industrialization enterprises as the goal, to promote the industrialization of agriculture, simulative farmers'income's growth.
