Since the rapid development of China’s imported cross-border e-commerce in 2014,the competition in cross-border e-commerce industry has become more and more fierce.With the advent of the content era in 2016 and the emergence of media,short video and live broadcasting,the Internet industry has gradually changed to content-based.Cross-border e-commerce is also constantly improving its existing business model to face market changes in the light of the development of its own enterprises.Import content-based cross-border e-commerce platform emerged as the times require.This new cross-border e-commerce model has gained a higher market share in the short term,but it is facing problems such as low conversion rate,so it is particularly important to study its business model.With the evolution of the times,the various elements of value creation activities have also changed,from the traditional value chain to the value network.By focusing on customer value,the company uses its core competence and mutual relationship to enhance the entire network system.Based on this,this paper mainly constructs the value network analysis model of the imported content-based cross-border e-commerce business model through the value network theory and the nine-factor theory of business mode.This paper is divided into five chapters.The introduction introduces the research background and innovations of the article.The first chapter introduces the value network theory.The second chapter discusses the development and status quo of the imported content-based cross-border e-commerce platform,and analyzes its existing problems.The third chapter builds the value network of the imported content-based cross-border e-commerce platform business model.The fourth chapter based on the value network on the Xiaohongshu and Tmall international platform for cross-case analysis and draws inspiration;the fifth chapter proposes the problems of the imported content-based cross-border e-commerce business model model.The innovative point of this paper is to analyze and optimize the business model of imported content-based cross-border e-commerce based on the perspective of value network,and put forward suggestions for the development of other cross-border e-commerce.The perspective of this topic is relatively new.In the context of the arrival of the content era,the development study of imported content-based cross-border e-commerce provides suggestions for other cross-border e enterprises,which has strong practical significance.
