In 2016,the foreign trade in China experienced unprecedented severe and complex challenges.During this situation,as a new form of foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce bucked up and became a new kind of energy promoting the growth of foreign trade in China.With the development of economic globalization,traditional foreign trade has been shrinking,which forces traditional foreign trade enterprises to seek business transformation and change their network marketing mode to keep up with the development of the cross-border e-commerce.As a new thing,cross-border e-commerce has its own business model,which is quite different from the traditional one.The most significant difference is that it has broken the limitation of the traditional foreign trade model applied only between companies and brought in the individual e-businessmen and consumers.In other words,besides the B2 B Mode,the cross-border e-commerce also involves the B2 C Mode and the C2 C Mode.As a result,foreign trade no longer merely belongs to professional companies.Individuals can also participate in it.But this change also brings in trade risks in reliability,safety,and so on.Therefore,for small enterprises,choosing an appropriate cross-border business model and a reliable third-party cross-border electric business platform is particularly important,especially for Weiyi Company,which is still a small enterprise in its start-up stage.In this dissertation,firstly,researches will be done to the four main e-business platforms of Weiyi Company,studying the different experiences in using them and comparing the operating characteristics and precautions.Secondly,questionnaire will be made to investigate some competitors about their business experiences in the cross-border export.According to the above two aspects of research,we conclude that at this stage,Weiyi Company should concentrate on the B2 B business on Alibaba International Station and the B2 C business in Amazon on Japan Station.What's more,this dissertation also puts forward necessary policies and security guarantees to provide academic basis to Weiyi Company,ensuring its smooth conduct of cross-border business.
