| In recent years,the export trade of private enterprises in China is facing the situation of internal and external problems,the domestic labor costs continue to rise,the burden of production and manufacturing costs is gradually increasing.However,the international market has been hit by the financial crisis and led to a sustained downturn in demand.In the traditional way,private enterprises have entered a bottleneck period in developing their export trade through low-cost contract manufacturing.In this case,if private enterprises want to continue their export trade,they must change the mode of export trade development,improve the added value and quality of their products,establish and develop their own brands.Different from private enterprises,e-commerce in China has developed rapidly and become a new trade mode for Chinese enterprises to carry out transnational trade,and the impact on cross-border transactions is becoming more and more significant.Further analysis and exploration on the application of electronic commerce in international trade,how the government to formulate export support policies for enterprises and how to customize export decisions for China in the period of economic transition,Furthermore,it is of great significance to the steady improvement of our country’s transnational economy and trade.From the angle of private enterprises,this paper mainly discusses the influence of the application of electronic commerce on the export of private enterprises in China.In recent years,the rapid development of electronic commerce and its influence on transnational trade have been attached great importance to by the academic circles.However,at present,the relevant overseas literature is mainly concerned about its influence on the macro level,such as industry,country and so on.The research on micro-enterprise level is relatively scarce,but domestic scholars mostly focus on the description level,and the theoretical experience of the system is less,so this paper considers on the basis of predecessors.To add electronic commerce to the existing international trade theory The influence of exhibition mode on the export of private enterprises is discussed by using microcosmic data.In this paper,firstly,from the perspective of electronic commerce,this paper defines the connotation of electronic commerce,private enterprises and iceberg costs,also explains the theory and mechanism of the influence of electronic commerce on the export of private enterprises,and makes a careful analysis and derivation of it.Secondly,the course and current situation of the development of E-commerce and the export of private enterprises are reviewed,and the effects of the application of E-commerce on the export of private enterprises are summed up and summarized carefully.Thirdly,this paper collects and collates the data of 904 enterprises in China in 2012 from the microcosmic database of the World Bank,and examines the impact of the application of electronic commerce on the export choice and export intensity of Chinese private enterprises.At the same time,the robustness test was carried out to verify the accuracy of the regression results.Finally,this paper draws the conclusion that the application of private enterprises to electronic commerce has significantly enhanced the possibility of their export participation and export intensity.At the same time,according to this conclusion,and in order to promote the development level of electronic commerce of private enterprises and promote the sustainable growth and development of the export of private enterprises in China,this paper proposes to create a relaxed and orderly policy environment for privateenterprises to use e-commerce,to guide private enterprises to develop new e-commerce export models,and to make appropriate use of overseas investment. |
