In recent years, with the rapid development of the global Internet, electronic commerce is changing the way of transaction.Export trade is one of the important ways to stimulate the economic development of our country, and also the key link of China's manufacturing industry to participate in the international division of labor.China's eastern coastal areas is the main area of export trade, which has a significant phenomenon of traditional manufacturing industry agglomeration, and we are also concerned about these cities are the areas with higher level of e-commerce development. What's the linkage mechanism behind these phenomena, whether there is a common characteristic of the regional characteristic? This is the realistic starting point of this thesis, and from the existing research of industrial agglomeration,e-commerce and export trade, which is seldom studied by combining these three. The structure of this paper is as follows: First, the paper puts forward the theme of this thesis according to the observed phenomenon, and on the basis of summarizing relevant literatures, sort out the theoretical basis and influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration and electronic commerce on export trade.Secondly, choose 29 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta as the main research object, using the location entropy index information development index to measure the industrial agglomeration degree and the level of e-commerce development in 29 cities, analysis and comparison industrial agglomeration,e-commerce and export trade development level of the sample cities.Subsequently, this paper constructs an empirical research model, respectively from four aspects to research the industrial agglomeration,e-commerce impact on export trade:(1)Study the separate effects of industrial agglomeration and electronic commerce on export trade, and combine these two to study their joint impact on the export trade;(2)According to the geographical location difference of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region to study effects of industrial agglomeration and electronic commerce on export trade;(3)According to the different conditions of regional industrial agglomeration, the sample cities can be divided into industrial agglomeration and diffusion region, and take this into account to study the different effects of the industrial agglomeration and e-commerce on the export trade;(4)Using Granger causality test to examine the relationship between the two variables of the industrial agglomeration and the electronic commerce.According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper draws belowconclusions:(1)Industrial agglomeration and electronic commerce have a significant role in promoting the export trade;(2)There are obvious regional differences in the effects of industrial agglomeration and electronic commerce on export trade. In the Yangtze River Delta region, the promotion of industrial agglomeration to export trade is slightly greater than the impact of e-commerce on export trade; In the Pearl River Delta region, the promotion of e-commerce to the export trade is relatively large, while the industrial agglomeration has little influence;(3)In the industrial agglomeration and diffusion regions, the promotion effect of e-commerce to the export is different, the former is less than the latter. Finally, according to the conclusions drawn from this paper,we put forward the relevant policy recommendations on the layout and development of industrial agglomeration and e-commerce.
