Research On Influencing Factors Of Operation Efficiency Of Internet Property Insurance In China

In the context of the rapid development of Internet and Internet finance in China in recent years,China's Internet property insurance has developed rapidly,and premium income has continued to grow.In 2016,China's Internet property premium income was 50.229 billion yuan,compared with 2012's premium income of 10.094 billion yuan.It has increased by 397.6%.However,the development of Internet property insurance in China is still in the initial stage of development,and the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation is relatively low.In order to avoid the development of China's Internet property insurance industry,it is necessary to pay equal attention to the development speed and operational efficiency of Internet property insurance.Therefore,this paper is very necessary to study the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation and its influencing factors.Based on relevant literature and theory,this paper firstly defines and analyzes the related concepts of Internet property insurance operation efficiency and its influencing factors,then analyzes the development and operation status of Internet property insurance,and finally adopts 10 insurance companies in China 2014-The empirical analysis of the Internet property insurance business data in 2016 shows the impact of internal and external factors on the operating efficiency of Internet property insurance.The research content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction and theoretical basis.It mainly explains the research background,research significance and research methods of this paper,and collates and summarizes related literatures at home and abroad.Then it defines the related concepts of Internet property insurance operation efficiency and internal and external factors affecting the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation.Finally,it analyzes the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation and its influencing factors from life cycle theory,specialization strategy theory and scale return theory.The second part is the analysis of the development and operation status of Internet property insurance in China.Firstly,it analyzes the development history and market status of Internet property insurance,and then selects the data of Internet property insurance operation of 10 insurance companies in China from 2014 to 2016 to measure and evaluate the efficiency of Internet property insurance.The third part is the empirical analysis of the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation and its influencing factors.This part analyzes the influencing factors of Internet property insurance operation efficiency from two levels of endogenous and exogenous factors.First,it uses Tobit regression analysis to analyze the company's scale,human capital,corporate governance,market share and original premium income.The impact of factors on the efficiency of Internet property insurance operation,and then use the PEST model to analyze the impact of four exogenous factors of policy,economy,society and science and technology on the efficiency of Internet property insurance.The fourth part is conclusions and policy recommendations.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the conclusions of this paper are drawn.At the same time,based on the conclusion,it is proposed to strengthen the comprehensive management talents and Internet insurance professionals,improve the brand awareness of the company,strengthen cooperation with third-party platforms,and improve the supervision of Internet property insurance by the regulatory agencies.Supervise and attach importance to the application of Internet technology to improve the efficiency of Internet property insurance operations.
