With the progress of the society and the development of the times,talents are becoming more and more valuable.With the appearance of “post-90s”,some practical problems in enterprises have followed.With the different times,the “post-90s” employees have different features from the “after 70s” and “after 80s” employees.Their living environment is relatively superior,with the flavor of the times,and their personality is prominent.Therefore,the management of the “post-90s” employees should also keep pace with the times.HR company,as the subsidiary of HR group,is located in Shenyang,Liaoning province.From establishment to now more than 20 years,enterprises gradually formed mature development mode.It developed into today's well-known enterprises from an unknown small factory.HR company won recognition at home and abroad and many brands have also been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.However,with the development of the company,more and more problems are brought to our attention.HR,as traditional production-oriented enterprises,has less attractive for young workers.As time goes on,employee aging phenomenon is more serious.In order to solve this problem effectively,increase the company's energy,the company invested heavily to recruit a large number of “post-90s” staff since 2012,but the effect was not ideal.The youngers left their office soon,causing serious talent and expense losses.The paper takes the HR company as the research object.It analyzes four representative “post-90s” employee turnover cases of HR company A,B,C and D.Combining with methods such as literature method,combining with the actual situation of HR company,it analyzes the problem of “post-90s” staff turnover.It put forward the practical feasible solution and solve effectively “post-90s” staff loss problem of HR company.It helps HR company out of the dilemma.At the same time,the research methods and solutions used in this paper will also provide reference for other similar companies and help more companies out of difficulties.
