At the era of knowledge economy, personnel resource is the most valuable asset. But in recent years, with the opening of financial policy, foreign banks have been pouring into the Chinese market and domestic joint-stock banks are springing up, the state-owned banks are facing tremendous pressure. The human resources system of our state-owned banks is changing and the brain drain, so it will affect the development of the national banking. On the present situation of the state-owned Banks, the staff, establish employee retention of human resources management system, through effective measures to retain core employees in a state-owned Banks for the development of the state-owned Banks, has important practical significance.This article focuses on the analysis for the situation of staff drain of the G Bank branch in Dalian City from both internal and external circumstance causes and find out what lead to the staff drain. Then we will search a solution to reduce the staff drain rate from employee occupation career planning, salary policy and employee turnover management.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is introduction. In the introduction, the paper briefly describes the development of G bank, the research background, purpose and significance, research content and methods. The second chapter is the theoretical analysis. The theoretical content and the theoretical model of the paper are summarized in this chapter. The third chapter is the analysis of the brain drain situation of G bank from different angles.The forth chapter is the analysis of the causes which lead to the brain drain. And aimed at these reasons, proposed the corresponding solution measure from employee occupation career planning, salary policy, incentive system and employee turnover management to reduce the brain drain rate and retain the core staffs. The fifth chapter is the conclusion summarized the results of full text research, inadequate research and put forward prospects.The thesis is an exploration and innovation for the human resource management to help G bank design solution measure for the brain drain. It has a certain degree of significance and reference value to promote banking financial industry and improve the level of human resources management.This article is for G Bank HRM exploration and innovation, helping banks improve the response G brain drain design for promoting banking and financial services to improve the management of human resources has a certain significance and reference value.
