As an important part of China's national economy,the economic status and social effects of state-owned enterprises are becoming more and more important.Especially in recent years,under the vigorous governance of the central government,state-owned enterprises have developed rapidly.By 2018,the total assets of state-owned enterprises have reached 171 trillion yuan(excluding state-owned financial enterprises).In 2017,500 enterprises in the world and 115 enterprises in China were listed.80% of them are state-owned enterprises.As the direct manager of this economic force,the ability and quality of the managers of state-owned enterprises directly determine the rise and fall of such a huge economy.Training managers of state-owned enterprises is the most direct and common way to ensure the advanced and effective management team.Through effective education and training,we can train and build a team of managers with strong business ability,international vision and pioneering spirit,so as to ensure that state-owned enterprises do well,become stronger and bigger,and realize the preservation of state-owned assets.Value-added will provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the "Chinese Dream".Training effectiveness is the final test of the effectiveness of training.The main purpose of this paper is to study the main factors affecting the effectiveness of training,and put forward targeted improvement strategies in order to improve the effectiveness of training.In this paper,the existing literature is sorted out,and the questionnaire data of 444 training courses for managers of state-owned enterprises held by UY Training Institute in recent three years are taken as the research object.On the first level of the Coriolis evaluation model,through regression analysis of the data,the main impact indicators affecting the effectiveness of training are sorted out,and the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward based on the actual work.Through the effective analysis of sample data and interviews with trainees,this paper concludes that the main factors affecting the effectiveness of training are training project design,communication and interaction,organization and management,school-running characteristics,teaching methods and methods,among which the influence of training project design is particularly strong.According to the results of data analysis and the practical experience of UY training institutes for many years,this paper explores the strategies for improvement.In the future,we can improve the pertinence of training,optimize the design of teaching programs,strengthen top-level guidance of training,enrich training methods,adapt to the characteristics of adult education,standardize the management of implementation process,and ensure the improvement of training implementation effect in the above aspects.In order to enhance the effectiveness of training,through strengthening the combination of internal training and external training,classroom training and network training,enrich the training content.
