Research On The Performance Evaluation Of The Entrepreneur In State-owned Enterprise Based On Sustainable Development

The sustainable development of state-owned enterprises means to meet the requirements of stakeholders by perfecting their interior support system,to consider the sustainable development of the society,economy & environment related to enterprise activities during the process of gaining continuous profit growth and improving competence improvement. The paper introduces the Performance Evaluation Index System to the Entrepreneur of the State-owned Enterprise based on Sustainable Development. The index system has covered four parts:the evaluation of the ability/quality of the enterprisers,contribution to internal support system,contribution to value increase of stakeholders and contribution to fairness among the generations. Considering the fairness of the evaluation,this article introduces the"environment friendliness coefficient"to eliminate the macroscopic environment's disturbance to the evaluation result. Finally,according to the state-owned enterprises'characteristics,it adopts the method of AHP and fuzzy synthesis to survey the enterprisers'performances,and appraises the enterpriser's effort degree by Binary Relative Effectiveness Method based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).
