It has been 40 years since China began to implement the historic measure of reform and opening up.In this wave of globalization,Chinese companies are also trying various methods to “go global”,among which foreign direct investment has become a transnational operation of enterprises.The main way to participate in global competition.Under the continuous environment of “One Belt,One Road”,foreign direct investment can not only accelerate the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises,but also be an important way to promote the upgrading of domestic industrial structure.Therefore,we will continue to follow up on China's countries along the “Belt and Road”.The direct investment carried out has important theoretical and practical significance for the impact of China's domestic industrial upgrading.Based on the continuous development of China's “One Belt,One Road”,this paper focuses on the specific impacts and effects of OFDI on China's domestic industrial structure upgrading along the line.The first is to explore China's relevant countries along the “Belt and Road”.OFDI affects the path and mechanism of China's domestic industrial structure upgrading.From the macro-industry linkage perspective,it mainly promotes the upgrading of industrial structure through marginal industrial expansion effect,industrial correlation effect and reverse technology spillover effect.From the perspective of micro-enterprise investment motivation,it mainly seeks resources.Market-seeking,efficiency-seeking and strategic asset-seeking direct investment reflects the promotion of domestic industrial structure.The second is to analyze the development history of China's foreign direct investment and the status quo of China's industrial structure,and summarize the status quo and characteristics of China's OFDI for countries along the “Belt and Road”.Thirdly,based on this,further empirical analysis is carried out,and the “standard structure” of Chennai is introduced to determine the research variables.The VAR model is constructed to analyze the impact of China's OFDI on the upgrading of China's industrial structure along the “Belt and Road”.According to the empirical analysis,the conclusion is that China's OFDI in the countriesalong the “Belt and Road” has a significant role in promoting the upgrading of China's industrial structure,but there is a certain lag period.In order to further promote the positive impact of the “One Belt,One Road” direct investment on the upgrading of China's industrial structure,it is necessary to continue to increase the direct investment scale of countries along the “Belt and Road”,improve the structure of foreign direct investment,increase the proportion of investment by private enterprises,and optimize the The regional layout and industrial layout of the countries along the “Belt and Road” to improve the quality of China's foreign direct investment,reduce corporate investment risks,and achieve the development goals of promoting China's industrial structure upgrade.
