Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy has developed rapidly,but this development is unsustainable development.To solve this problem,the government proposes the concept of sustainable development.This article is about China's economic development and environmental protection.Research in the context of better coordination and sustainable development.This paper first gives a background and significance;then combs the literature on global green credit development research,and secondly,combs the theory of green credit,including the "Equator Principles","Sustainable Financial Theory",and "Corporate Social Responsibility Theory".Etc.,this will lay the theoretical foundation for the following research;then analyze the bank credit risk,including the connotation,classification and management of credit risk,and further understand the evolution and harm of bank credit risk;Regression analysis was carried out on the short-panel data of 15 commercial banks with good asset scale and green credit business in 2010-2017.It was found that the green credit business has a restraining effect on the growth of non-performing loans of commercial banks,but the research The statistics and disclosure degree of the “green credit balance” of the household banks are uneven,which has caused the article to have greater constraints on empirical research.Finally,the policy recommendations are proposed: not only require the government and regulatory agencies to improve the incentive mechanism,but also require credit entities to vigorously innovate green credit products,improve financial service levels,and take the initiative to assume corporate social responsibility.In this way,financial institutions such as banks can be used to guide the flow of social funds through financial leverage,suppress or eliminate the “two high and one surplus” industries,and achieve the goal of upgrading the industrial structure to promote the sustainable development of the Chinese economy.
