Study On The Influence Of Rural Land Contract Management Right To Land Circulation

The core of the "Three Rural Issues" is the peasant problem.The core of the peasant problem is the peasant land rights issue.As the basis of farmers' production and life,land protection of farmers' land rights is one of the effective ways to solve the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The identification and maintenance of rural land ownership rights at the legal level has important practical significance for China's rural land property rights system.Rural land circulation is an inevitable trend in rural economic development as an important way to solve the problem of land fragmentation,promote moderate scale operation of agriculture,and supplement the household contract responsibility system.Since 2013,the central government has proposed to complete the registration and certification of rural land contract management right in five years,and properly solve the problem of inaccurate and unclear areas of contracted land for farmers.So far,the working of rural land ownership certification in China is coming to an end.Studying the impact of rural land contract management right on rural land circulation is of great significance to improving rural land utilization,promoting the development of rural land circulation market,increasing the property income of farmers,and improving agricultural modernization.This thesis takes the land circulation under the confirmation of rural land contract management rights as the entry point,conducts field research,combines theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis,and explores the influence mechanism of the confirmation of rural land contract management right on land circulation.This thesis mainly studies from the following aspects: first,by sorting out the relevant literature on the confirmation of rural land contract management right and land circulation,and combining the theory of land property right,transaction cost theory and the theory of farmers' behavior,the paper conducts a theoretical analysis on the influence mechanism of the two.Second,through cross-analysis of survey data and chi-square test,the relationship between farmers' willingness to transfer land and their transfer behavior is analyzed.Third,through the binary Logistic model regression and correlation analysis,explore the impact of rural land contract management right confirmation on land circulation.The main conclusions of this thesis include: first,there is a correlation and difference between farmers' willingness to transfer land and their transfer behaviors under the confirmation of rural land contracting management right,and the reasons for the differences include: asymmetric information,lack of land circulation objects,failure to achieve land rent and lease expectation,personal factors,emotional factors and administrative intervention or guidance.Second,farmers' land ownership cognition and land policy cognition and attitude are related to land circulation.Land ownership cognition,land policy cognition and attitude,and land circulation expectation have an impact on farmers' land circulation willingness.Land tenure cognition has a significant negative correlation with farmers' land circulation willingness;land policy cognition and attitude and land circulation willingness will have significant correlation,in which the degree of land-awareness understanding and land-authenticity satisfaction have a significant positive impact on land circulation willingness,and the land-rights protection effect has a significant negative impact on land circulation willingness;After the confirmation of land ownership,the expectation of farmers' land circulation has a positive impact on the willingness of land circulation.There is a correlation between land ownership cognition,land right confirmation and land circulation behavior.Third,in the underdeveloped areas of agriculture,the confirmation of rural land contractual management right at the present stage has both a promoting and inhibiting effect on land circulation.
