Nowadays, enterprise human resource is the fundamental item to the enterprise’s competition, and human resource is basic for the enterprise to gain a sustainable development. So, it is crucial to develop the employee’s talents and abilities. What can the company do is to attract talents, develop talents, and this has become a very crucial part for the strategic management of the company.The traditional training is the one-way outside-in knowledge transfer, employee accept the skills passively, which will make a imbalance between the supply and demand for the training. The corporate university constructs use the inner ability development source of enterprise to realize the active growth of the ability of talent and enterprise. The enterprise university will become the source for the internal development ability, and a tool for the revolution of the strategic management.In recent years, many famous companies in our country have set up open their own universities, they use the university as the internal training and education organization, and they have saved a lot of valuable experience. The corporate university can meet the need of the life-time study of the employees, on the other hand, the corporate university is expanding its education field to the whole value chain of the enterprise and includes the customer and sub-vendor to its service scope. The studying path in the corporate university will enhance the core competitive ability of enterprise, and enhance the enterprise impact on its partnership.This article is based on the discussion of operating mode of the corporate university, using the practical experience of Louzhou Laojiao Group as an example, analyzing the present situation of training for the company. This article will meet the needs of the strategic management of the company, and discuss the necessity and practicability for the group to build corporate university. This article focuses on the image of strategic positioning, operating system, management of training demand, enterprises system, instructor system, courses system and so on, we hope to bring inspiration for other enterprises to build corporate university.Through research and analysis, I draw the following conclusions。The first, LuzhouLaojiao Group’s training and development is "non-systematic" to "system" of the transformation stage; the second, based on the needs of Luzhou Laojiao Group’s development and transformation, Construction of corporate universities will be the strong support of senior management, it has the necessity and feasibility of the construction; the third, Luzhou Laojiao Group’s corporate university must be based on staff needs the construction, services, enterprise business; the forth, Luzhou Laojiao Group’s corporate university building is a long-term process that requires the joint efforts of all staff; the fifth, the building of Luzhou Laojiao Group’s enterprise university will provide inspiration to traditional liquor enterprise’s training.
