Research On Implementation Of Tax Cut And Fee Ded Uction Policy Under The Background Of Supply Side's Structural Reform

China's economy has entered a "new normal" period since 2015.As the first meeting of the Central Financial and Economic Leading Group held in November of the same year pointed out that the supply-side industrial reform should be strengthened,a new round of economic reform formally opened.As the most effective fiscal policy,tax and administrative fees cut will play an important role in supply-side industrial reform.Taking Hohhot as an example,this paper studies the implementation of tax reduction and fee reduction policies under the background of supply-side structural reform.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,significance and literature review and combs the research ideas and methods as well as the main innovation points.Then,in the part of theoretical analysis,the related concepts involved in the paper are defined,the theoretical basis for the study of tax reduction and fee reduction is elaborated,and the importance of implementing the policy of tax reduction and fee reduction in the structural reform of the supply side is clarified.At the same time,it expounds the status of China's tax burden,and reviews the tax reduction and fee reduction policies introduced by China in recent years.In addition,taking Hohhot as an example,the paper analyzes the main effects of the implementation of the tax reduction and fee reduction policy and combines the actual problems to find out the problems and reasons in the implementation of the tax reduction and reduction policy in Hohhot.Finally,in response to the proposed questions,specific improvements are proposed for the current tax reduction and fee reduction.
