In the digital market background,more and more enterprises are deploying digital strategies.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the digital strategy,the company has also adjusted its organizational structure.This paper combines the previous research on strategy and organizational structure,as well as the impact of some strategies and organizational structure on corporate performance.Through the analysis of Haier's strategic deployment and organizational structure,and based on the company's annual report,the company A longitudinal case study of what type of organizational structure should be matched at different stages of development of the digital strategy and how their matching affects business performance.The study found that in the initial period of the digital strategy,the customer needs should be the strategic orientation of the enterprise.Such requirements require adjustment of the organizational structure of the enterprise from the "strategic" "positive triangle" organizational structure to "user centralization".The "inverted triangle" organizational structure will improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,capture market demand in a timely manner,preempt the market and increase market share.When developing into the follow-up period of digital strategy,it is necessary to discover the development conditions of enterprises in the initial period.Insufficient,actively carry out the strategic stage of “enterprise without borders”,actively participate in cooperation,make up for the shortcomings,improve product quality,so that the original market share can be guaranteed before,and all social resources and capabilities can be integrated to improve enterprise R&D.Ability,open up new markets,and complete another breakthrough in the enterprise.Through the research in this paper,I hope to provide some practical enlightenment to enterprises that are now undergoing digital transformation.
