Digital transformation is the general starting point for enterprises to cope with the downward pressure of the global economy and achieve stable economic growth under the trend of anti-globalization,and it is the only way to cope with environmental uncertainty and realize the governance of enterprise scientific and technological innovation.However,research data shows that up to 60%-85% of digital transformation companies in China fail,and only 11% bring performance to enterprises through digital transformation.How to effectively carry out digital transformation is very important for enterprises,digital transformation is the use of digital technology to achieve the reunderstanding and re-adaptation of corporate strategy and structure,aiming to seek fundamental changes in the organization’s infrastructure,business model and strategy or inter-organizational relationships,in this process,enterprise capabilities play a vital role,and dynamic capabilities are the basic means to cope with technological changes,helping enterprises adapt to the turbulent environment.Therefore,we guess that dynamic capabilities play an indispensable role in the process of transformation,in this regard,we believe that enterprises need to provide conditions for digital transformation by innovating dynamic capabilities,organizational learning is an important means for enterprises to acquire new knowledge,we guess that enterprises need to acquire internal and external knowledge through organizational learning,acquire new knowledge,and realize the innovation of internal knowledge and capabilities to achieve digital transformation.But at the same time,we also noticed that the path dependence of the enterprise itself will affect the organizational learning,and after continuous learning,it will deepen the path dependence,which will hinder the digital transformation of the enterprise,and the way to break the path dependence can be achieved through organizational forgetting,so we believe that organizational forgetting can be beneficial to the digital transformation of enterprises.In order to verify the above hypothesis,this paper verifies the impact of organizational learning and organizational forgetting on the digital transformation of enterprises based on related theories such as capability refactoring theory,dynamic capability theory and organizational learning,and combines relevant models to verify the impact of organizational learning and organizational forgetting on enterprise digital transformation,and constructs a theoretical system of organizational learning and enterprise digital transformation and capability reconstruction,and puts forward 13 research hypotheses.Through the collection of questionnaires sent to target enterprises,the impact mechanism of organizational learning and capability reconstruction on the digital transformation of enterprises was discussed.The empirical results show that:(1)In general,enterprise organizational learning has a significant role in promoting digital transformation,and dynamic capabilities play a mediating role between the two;(2)The impact mechanism is specifically manifested as exploratory learning promoting the digital transformation of enterprises through positive impact capability substitution and capability transformation;Leveraged learning promotes enterprise digital transformation by positively influencing capability evolution and capability transformation.(3)Organizations not only need to learn new knowledge,but also discard outdated old knowledge,improve the reserve of digital technology knowledge of enterprises,increase the rate of learning digital technology knowledge from the outside world,and enhance the digital transformation capabilities of enterprises.Only by combining organizational learning and organizational forgetting can you facilitate the digital transformation of enterprises.
