The Optimization Design Of The Internal Control System Of The M Cultural Relics And Archaeology Institute

In recent years,domestic anti-corruption efforts have been strengthened,and the level of internal control in administrative institutions is directly related to the seriousness of corruption,fraud and other problems.So the China government and financial departments attach great importance to the internal control of China's administrative institutions,and at the same time,the requirements for administrative institutions are becoming more and more stringent.In order to promote the establishment of a sound internal control system in China's administrative institutions,the ministry of finance has issued internal control guidance for administrative institutions,however,due to the relevant administrative institutions of internal control system is not perfect and published soon,the internal control management reform has not obvious effect on administrative institutions.In this paper,we will learn from the administrative institutions' internal control system,on the basis of the relevant theories of administrative institution,combining with the actual situation of the archaeological institute of M,by studying the research literature and using the case study,to analysis and evaluation the internal control of the archaeological institute of M,the internal control problems have exposed or may be hidden,carding and research,at the same time to we should identify the key risk points,and targeted for optimum design of internal control.This paper can not only optimize the internal control system of the M institute of cultural relics and archaeology,but also help extract common factors for relevant units in the management of social and public affairs,so as to build their own internal control system,which has certain practical significance.
