Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Industrial Structure Optimization In Inner Mongolia Pastoral Areas

“Innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing”the new concept of development,analysis of the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia in 1992-1997 industrial structure adjustment and economic and social effects found with pastoral area industrial structure adjustment,the relative income gap between urban and rural residents in the wave of expansion,absolute income gap between urban and rural residents in the wave of expansion,Absolute income gap is expanding rapidly,pastoral area industrial Structure adjustment problems,pastoral area industrial structure need to be optimized.From the perspective of industrial structure rationalization,elevation,ecology and comprehensive index,based on the data from 2001 to 2017,the gray correlation analysis method was used to construct the industrial structure optimization level measurement system and measure its level.The level of industrial structure optimization in the eastern,central and western pastoral areas is compared with that in Inner Mongolia autonomous region and the whole country.The results showed that,industrial structure optimization level,China>the eastern pastoral area>the western pastoral area>Inner Mongolia autonomous region>the central pastoral areas.Based on the date from 2001 to 2017,it is the first time to establish the panel model of random effects of the factors influencing the optimization of industrial structure in the pastoral areas of east,central and west.The results show that there are differences in the influence of financial capital development level(FIN)on the industrial structure optimization level of pastoral areas in central and western China.Development level of physical investment(INV)will pull down the optimization level of industrial structure in western pastoral areas.The development level of social consumption(SOC)can promote the optimization level of the industrial structure of the pastoral areas in the east,central and western regions,and put forward corresponding policy suggestion.
