Research On Risk Management Of Research Research On Green Land Risk Management Of Zheshang Securities Investment

As an important means of daily management,the development and improvement of risk management have been paid close attention to by many parties.Good risk management measures can help companies deal with risk,to reduce the unnecessary loss,but with the rapid development of capital market,securities companies risk management measures can't deal with the current market environment,such as securities company may use the customer account deposit,obeyed not the voice of the customer instruction for buying and selling,illegal do not agree with the customer risk rating of risky investment,etc.In the face of the international economic impact and the slowdown of domestic GDP growth,improving the risk management process of securities companies has a positive significance for the securities companies themselves and the entire securities market.This case selecting 2017 zheshang securities listed on the Shanghai stock exchange and shenzhen stock exchange in 2007 public green land as the research object,analysis of zheshang securities risk in investment in the process of the green earth and unreasonable risk management measures,the risk management process of zheshang securities optimization,in order to achieve lower zheshang securities in the process of investment risk and potential loss of purpose.This paper firstly sorts out and classifies the domestic and foreign literatures on risk and risk management,and introduces the basic theories on risk and risk management.In addition,as the research objects of this case are a-share listed companies,the risk and risk management status of China's listed securities companies are also briefly studied.After introducing the origin,development and follow-up of the whole event according to the chronological sequence,the event was deeply analyzed from two aspects of risk analysis and cause analysis.Then,in view of various problems and improper risk management measures existing in the process of investing in green land,zheshang securities adopts financial statement analysis method and risk inventory method for risk identification,measures the risk of this investment by calculating the variance of green land stock price,and proposes specific risk control measures.Finally,in view of this kind of investment event,this paper gives the enlightenment that securities companies including zheshang securities should take measures to strengthen external risk management and internal management,to help reduce the investment failure rate of securities companies,and to promote the orderly development of securities market.The failure to invest in Green Land has brought great losses to Zhejiang Securities and other related securities companies as well as investors.It also shows that securities companies have big omissions in the risk management of investment activities.This paper aims to study the case and propose specific improvement measures to help Zhejiang securities to improve the risk management process.
