Research On The Improvement Of Ice And Snow Tourism Industry In Jilin Province

In the economic industry of Jilin Province,the ice and snow tourism is a special form of tourism,and is one of the fastest growing industries at present.In order to promote the further development of the ice and snow tourism,the ice and snow tourism project in Jilin Province has a diversified development trend,the rise of the ice and snow tourism industry,and the development of other industries.Under the current economic downturn,the ice and snow tourism in all parts of the country has drawn the economic growth in the winter,which has an unnegligible effect on the ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin Province.Jilin Province regards the development of the ice and snow economy as an important measure to promote the development of the economy,so as to build the world-class skiing tourism destination as the direction,and upgrade and develop the Changbai Mountain.Chagan Lake and other famous scenic spots,such as Vanke Songhua Lake,Beida pot and other large ski resorts,to develop high-quality,diversified ice and snow products.In recent years,the snow and ice tourism industry in our province has developed rapidly,and the government has adopted a series of policies to support,guide and promote the development of the ice and snow tourism industry,but at the same time,various factors restricting the development of the ice and snow industry have also emerged.Such as the impact of domestic and foreign markets,the shortage of professional population,the lack of tourism brand publicity,transportation facilities need to be improved,the degree of industrial clustering is not high and lack of overall planning,and so on.This paper is based on the new public service theory,public policy theory and industrial development theory.First of all,the research background and research status at home and abroad are analyzed,and the research contents and methods of this paper are explained.Secondly,the present situation of ice and snow tourism industry is briefly described,and the existing problems and causes of industry development are summarized.Then it classifies and sums up the current policies such as finance and taxation,transportation,talents,science and technology to promote the development of ice and snow tourism industry,and summarizes the problems and causes of the formulation and implementation of industrial policies and the existing industrial policies.Using comparative analysis method,this paper analyzes the foreign Swiss in talent training,northern Europe in brand promotion and so on.The policies of promoting the development of ice and snow tourism industry,such as sports policy of Heilongjiang Province and industrial integration of Liaoning Province,are summarized,and the experiences that can be used for reference are summarized.Finally,in view of the above problems and combined with the actual situation of the province,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of ice and snow industry,including the suggestions on policy formulation and implementation,strengthen the support of fiscal and tax policies,and improve the basic transportation policy.Improve the policy of personnel training,actively implement the policy of science and technology,and so on.
