With the reform of tourism supply side,the implementation of paid vacation system and the change of tourists'consciousness,ice and snow tourism has become the travel choice of most tourists.Under Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal that"the ice and snow is also golden mountain","300 million people participate in ice and snow sports "and the effect of "Beijing——Zhangjiakou"Winter Olympic Games,ice and snow tourism in China has entered a golden stage of development.Many provinces in China have begun to attach importance to ice and snow tourism and intensify efforts to develop ice and snow tourism products.Among them,Hulun Buir City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region uses the advantages of natural and human resources to actively develop ice and snow tourism products,but there are still many problems in the process of development.Based on the analysis of the products of the main ice and snow tourism areas at home and abroad and the suggestions for reference,this paper analyzes the conditions for the development of ice-snow tourism products in Hulun Buir city,namely,from the perspectives of natural tourism resources,humanistic tourism resources and social-economic environment.Then the development of ice-snow tourism products in Hulun Buir is analyzed,in which snow sculpture and ice sculpture,ice sports and events,and ice and snow national festivals are the most developed.The problems of product homogeneity,lack of in-depth development,insufficient publicity and lack of ice and snow tourism brands in the development of ice-snow products are proposed,It also analyzes the reasons for the problems from the aspects of the internal reasons of the products,namely the life cycle of the ice-snow products,the lack of in-depth development of tourism resources,the lack of market research,and the external reasons of the products,namely the overall development level of the ice and snow tourism,the tourism public service and professional talents,.Finally,in view of the problems existing in ice-snow tourism products,this paper puts forward some development countermeasures,such as developing special ice-snow tourism products,strengthening the in-depth development of ice-snow tourism products,strengthening the publicity of ice-snow tourism products and creating the Nadamu brand of ice and snow tourism.And from the point of view of improving the level of local tourism public service and strengthening the construction of talent team put forward the guarantee conditions of promoting ice-snow tourism products.
