Study On The Building Of Tourists Safety Management System In Ice-snow Tourism Scenic

Ice-snow tourism as a highly experiential tourism project, has gradually becomea hot item for winter tourism in China. At the same time, the ice-snow tourism is veryirritating, so its security is directly related to the ice-snow tourism sustainabledevelopment. As the main body of tourism activities, tourists’ travel safety needs cannot be ignored. Therefore, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the securityissues of the ice-snow tourist attractions is to take responsibility for tourists, and it isalso an inevitable requirement for achieving sustainable development.This article sums up the manifestations and characteristics of the ice-snowtourism security events through the content analysis of ice-snow travel securityincident cases in the past years. And then it evaluates the safety impact factors onice-snow tourist attractions. From human factors, material factors, environmentalfactors, and management factors, it selects30indicators to constitute tourist impactfactors evaluations index system of the ice-snow tourism attractions. Using AHPand Expert grading methods, this article identifies the primary and secondary factorsaffecting tourists’ safety. It concludes that the management factor gains the highestweight,followed by human factors, and environmental factors the lowest.According to the principle of ice-snow Tourist Safety Management System, thearticle constructs security education and training mechanisms, security checks,control mechanisms, safety warning and monitoring mechanisms, and securitymanagement protection mechanisms from “human, physical,environmental andmanagement”aspects. Take Qipanshan Ice-Snow World as an example,the authorapplies the tourists safety management system of ice-snow tourist attractions intothe case. Based on tourists’ safety awareness, the author uses Excel and Spass17.0toanalyze the data collected and finds out the security problems through investigation.And at last the author gives several suggestions according to the potential securityproblems.This article tries to enrich theory research on ice-snow tourism securitymanagement to a certain extent,then provide experience and references for thesecurity management of ice-snow tourist attractions.
