Research On Closed-loop Supply Chain Recovery Strategy Based On Policy Factors

In order to further promote the development of the closed-loop supply chain,companies are encouraged to join the waste electronics recycling industry.Many countries have introduced corresponding policies,and many companies have begun to join the recycling industry.With the continuous development of recycling industry,enterprises begin to face the problem of recycling strategy selection..Therefore,we use game theory,based on the actual closed-loop supply chain operation status,this paper studies the optimal strategy of closed-loop supply chain recovery under the three situations of government subsidies,government taxation and government taxation and subsidies.The main contents and research findings are as follows:Firstly,by constructing the manufacturer's recycling decision-making model is constructed without subsidy and subsidy,and analyzing the optimal decision results under the two decision models,we study the recovery strategies of closed loop supply chain under goventment subsidy.We found that that manufacturers can choose NR strategy(no recycling),RM strategy(material recycling),RMP strategy(material recycling and remanufacturing),RP strategy(remanufacturing)according to the remanufacturing cost savings and the marginal revenue of material recycling.Remanufactured product acceptance,product quality,and government subsidies all affect the manufacturer's choice of recycling strategy.The greater the acceptance of remanufactured products,the higher the product quality level,the more manufacturers tend to choose the RP strategy.The greater the demand for remanufactured products,the smaller the demand for new products.The greater the government subsidy,the more manufacturers tend to choose the RM or RMP strategy.The implementation of the NR strategy has the greatest impact on the environment,followed by the implementation of the RM strategy,followed by the implementation of the RMP strategy,which has the least impact on the environment.In addition,under specific recycling strategies,government subsidies can increase manufacturers' profits and consumer surplus while reducing environmental impact.However,in some cases government subsidies increase environmental impact.Then,by constructing the remanufacturer's recycling decision-making model is constructed without tax and tax,and analyzing the optimal decision results under the twodecision models,we study the recovery strategies of closed loop supply chain under goventment tax.We found that the remanufacturer can select four different recycling strategies: NR strategy,RM strategy,RMP strategy,RP strategy,depending on the threshold range defined by three different critical thresholds for remanufacturing cost savings.The higher the government tax,the more re-manufacturers are implementing the RP strategy.The lower the production of new products,the higher the production of remanufactured products.Regardless of the recycling strategy implemented by the remanufacturer,the consumer surplus and environmental impact are smaller than the non-government tax policy when the government implements the tax policy.Moreover,the greater the tax,the smaller the consumer surplus and environmental impact.Finally,by constructing the manufacturer's recycling and retailer recycling decision models under tax and subsidy,and analyzing the optimal decision results under the two decision models,we study the recovery strategies of closed loop supply chain under goventment tax and subsidy.We found that under the tax and subsidy policy,manufacturer recycling is more beneficial to manufacturers than to retailers,and has less impact on the environment.On the one hand,the increase in government tax revenues will hurt the profits of manufacturers and retailers,but it can achieve the effect of reducing the environment.On the other hand,the increase in government subsidies will not only help to increase the profits of manufacturers and retailers,but also improve the recovery rate of old products and reduce environmental impact.Increasing remanufacturing cost savings can lower the price of new and remanufactured products,increase the yield of remanufactured products,increase the recycling rate of used products,and increase the profitability of manufacturers and retailers.Nowadays,there are few studies on the choice of various recycling strategies for enterprises,and the research on the impact of government subsidies or taxation on corporate recycling strategies is still insufficient.By studying the closed-loop supply chain recovery strategy under policy factors,this paper can enrich the current research on the closed supply chain.Secondly,as the standard recycling of waste electronic products in China is still in its infancy,the actual operating environment of the enterprise is complex,and the role of government policies is still unclear.The development of closed-loop supply chain still faces many problems,such as low recycling of old products.Less recycling channels and higher recycling costs.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the recycling strategy of closed-loop supplychain based on policy factors,which can provide management enlightenment for practical enterprises.
