Research On Price Strategy And Coordination With Contracts Of Closed-loop Supply Chain

The rapid development of modern information technology as well as the wave ofeconomic globalization not only brings great changes to people’s life, also cause socialglobal problems such as environmental pollution, resource scarcity. With the increasedawareness of environmental protection and resource conservation, environmentalprotection for the development of low carbon economy has become the core content ofmodern economy. Recycling and manufacturing concept also gradually become animportant strategic operation concept in modern manufacturing. The enterprise canreduce their production costs, increase profits and reduce the emissions of pollutants byrecycling to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment, so as to improveenterprise’s popularity, occupy the bigger market. Because of self-interest behavior ofeach member enterprises and the different of information and target in the closed-loopsupply chain, companies tend to maximize their own interests as the goal, this has to dowith the overall objectives of the entire supply chain, often leads to the contradiction ofinterests. To ensure the entire supply chain and the interests of companies, theclosed-loop supply chain coordination is very important.Firstly, this paper introduces the topic background and research significance, anddiscusses the research status at home and abroad from the recycling channels、pricingand contract of supply chain coordination and so on. Secondly, this paper brieflyintroduces the concept of forward supply chain、 reverse supply chain、 closed-loopsupply chain、recycling channel and contract coordination. Further expounds severalcommon in closed-loop supply chain contract. Finally, The core content of the article isrespectively from random demand two angles and the collection and recycling ofalternative products, closed-loop supply chain pricing and coordination problems arediscussed, and the realization of the whole supply chain system profit cost sharingcontract coordination. And the correctness of the conclusion was validated by thenumerical simulation analysis and the management of the important enlightenment.
