Nowadays,society is developing rapidly,science and technology are advancing rapidly,and people's living standards are becoming more and more stringent.Elevator,as a means of transportation,is often used in people's daily life.More and more elevators appear in various high-rise buildings.At the same time,with the increasing demand for elevators,the competition in China's elevator industry is becoming more and more fierce and cruel.How elevator companies formulate sales strategies that are in line with their own development and the actual market environment,seize the market share first,occupy the market commanding heights,and achieve the company's profit maximization goal,which is related to the company's future development and survival.Therefore,increasing the company's understanding of the external market environment and marketing strategy,constantly improving the vitality of the company's development,seizing market share,and maximizing corporate profits are one of the most important objectives of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.This article is based on GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.as the analysis object,in order to find out the company in line with today's market sales strategy.Firstly,it introduces the research background,significance and theoretical basis of this paper,and summarizes the methods used in this paper.The following is the introduction of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.and a complete analysis and study of the external macro environment and micro situation GR enterprises are facing.PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.and Porter's five force models are used to study the micro situation of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.Secondly,the market environment of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.is subdivided into market segments to determine the market objectives and give the company a clear positioning.Finally,on the basis of the above theory,this paper uses 4P theory to make a sales strategy for the competitive demand of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.and puts forward specific measures for the sales strategy,as well as guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy.Finally,the article is summarized.The significance of this paper is to innovate and improve the marketing strategy of GR Elevator Co.,Ltd.,to increase the market share of GR elevator,to obtain customers' recognition of GR elevator,and to establish a good image of the company.At the same time,it can also provide other elevator companies with important sales theory and experience,and other elevator industry sales staff with sales experience.
