In today's information explosion era,science and technology are developing with each passing day.How to occupy a position in big data,artificial intelligence and other waves in various industries? Reform and innovation are the key.The traditional financial industry has a history of nearly 100 years in China.Under the impact of the Internet,Banks can no longer meet customer demands by relying solely on physical branches of traditional physical Banks.With the rise of Internet finance and the gradual reform of interest rate liberalization,the development of domestic commercial Banks is both a challenge and an opportunity.Who first grasp the key points of reform and innovation,who will seize the market opportunity.Relative to the company's business,the bank retail business with a single small business scale,extensive customer base,take up the characteristics of low risk assets,risk diversification,at the same time,with the support of state policies for small and medium-sized enterprise,disposable income increased steadily,investment consciousness of the residents gradually open,domestic commercial Banks in the retail business development in addition to the competition between peers,electricity in traditional financial channel layout spurt has also let Internet banking industry faced unprecedented challenges.It can be said that in the next decade,the quantity and quality of retail customers owned by a bank will largely be related to the intermediate business income and development of the bank.Therefore,under the impact of Internet finance,how to combine traditional advantages with advanced Internet big data technology,expand the source of customers and analyze the business demand is a subject that needs to be discussed.This article mainly uses the comparative analysis method and the SWOT analysis method to compare the current research situation in the field of Internet finance at home and abroad and the views of some scholars,and introduces the concepts,types,and characteristics of the retail business of Internet finance and commercial banks to be analyzed.After expounding the theoretical part,the SWOT method is used to analyze the industrial environment and current situation of H Bank from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities,and reveals the opportunities and challenges that H Bank faces.Based on the comparative analysis of some advanced experiences of Chinese and foreign banks,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform and development of H bank under the impact of Internet.The research result of this paper is mainly to sum up the actual situation of H Bank in the current situation and the urgency of transformation through investigation and analysis.On the one hand,it can provide reference for H Bank in the next full-scale business plan and promote the reform and transformation of H Bank;On the one hand,based on the development of the financial industry,it can provide suggestions for reform strategies for peers affected by Internet finance.
