Research On The Early Warning Of Safety Risks In The Supply Chain Of Food Companies

With the major contradictions in society,people need to expect and aspire to a better life.At the same time,consumers are paying more and more attention to food safety and quality.Sudden food safety problems occur in all aspects of the food supply chain.The current early warning system only analyzes and studies food safety issues in some aspects,rather than analyzing and researching it from the perspective of the entire food supply chain.Therefore,monitoring and predicting food safety risk status is the focus and difficulty of the food safety regulatory authorities.In view of the above problems,this paper attempts to construct a food supply chain safety risk early warning assessment index system,from the perspective of assessing food safety trends and food supervision,analyzes the risk warning factors affecting food safety,and discusses the impact of risk warning indicators on food safety.Provide some theoretical support for establishing a food safety risk warning system.Through the research of the thesis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Based on the perspective of food supply chain security risk early warning,the risk-prone nodes in the supply chain are used as breakthroughs,and combined with theoretical research,the food safety risk early warning indicators are discussed and analyzed.The risk factors affecting food safety have been clearly defined and are divided into five categories,including: supply risk,transportation risk,processing risk,sales risk and information risk.These five categories are the first-level indicators of the food supply chain security risk early warning system.Then,through classification and summarization,12 secondary indicators interacting with the main indicators are improved,and a food supply chain security risk early warning indicator system is constructed.(2)Based on the basic principles of BP neural network,a predictive model for food supply chain security risk warning is constructed.Use the neural network toolbox in MatlabR2018 a to simulate,train,learn,and test all data from the early warning model to determine the level of alert and risk level in the supply chain.The application of the BP neural network model has less error in solving practical problems.The high degree of cooperation can effectively improve the accuracy of food safety warnings in the supply chain and verify its good predictive evaluation ability.It provides an effective technical means for food supply chain safety risk warning,and provides a reference for constructing food supply chain safety risk warning system and corresponding protection measures.
