| As the development of the Chinese society and economy, the public provide more and more demand on food security. But the food security situation of China is not optimistic. Misuse of additives in food production enterprises, industrial pollution, hazardous chemicals and microbiological contamination, pesticide residues and other factors, have impact on food security directly. Food safety has become to a major social problems in maintaining our country stably, building a harmonious society, maintaining a good image, protecting people's life and property. In the processing of settlement of major food safety problems, people come to realize that prevention and control is more useful than post-processing. Therefore, guiding the risk warning theory to the food security study, establishing an efficient, dynamic food security risk warning system, strengthening safety supervision of food quality, detecting hidden dangers and prevent the wide range of food safety problems and finding a viable approach to control and management food safety as soon as possible is a very urgent task.This article studies the early warning theory of food security, and briefly describes the neural network theory. And then introduce the current situation of food security supervise in Luohe Bureau of Quality Supervision firstly, and found the problems like sub-regulatory process of supervision, inadequate monitoring, early warning system lags behind other issues. Secondly, we study the food security early warning systems of the Luohe Bureau of Quality Supervision from early warning monitoring system, early warning information systems, early warning systems and evaluation methods, evaluation system of early warning analysis. Thirdly, we provide some program to help for Luohe Bureau of Quality Supervision to improve its food security early warning information systems. These methods refer to intelligence from the police disposal, reporting and emergency response measures. Finally, the article concludes some food safety control measures, and point out that strengthening the capacity of monitoring, improving the collection and analysis ability of food monitoring data, making the pre-control, improving food security laws and regulations, carrying forward the food safety credit system, can help to promote the food security early warning system. |
