The Development Research Of Building Economy In Weicheng District Of Xianyang City

Building economy,as an emerging urban economic form,which has such characteristics as intensiveness,relevance,sustainability,radiation,etc,mainly takes commercial buildings as the carrier to develop related industries.Weicheng District faces the dilemma of reducing regional area and insufficient development space.Based on former investigations in the early stage,Weicheng District will take building economy as its main way to drive industrial transition to upgrade and develop the urban economy.At present,building economy in Weicheng is still in the early period with small scale and less influence,which lacks branding commercial buildings.The priority is how to accelerate the development of building economy so as to realize economic development with high quality.Under the guidance of related regional economic development theories,this thesis adopts literature analysis,survey study and SWOT analysis to analyze the current situation of building economy in Weicheng District and summarizes an optimal way for developing local building economy.It puts forward the development targets and suggestions as references for the governmental decision by referring to the experience in developing urban building economies of the same kind.The study shows that the current situation of building economy in Weicheng District is that: the scale of commercial buildings as the carrier is enlarging,business types are basically complete,overall development trend is good and economic effects are emerged.At the same time,it analyzes the main problems in the development of building economy in Weicheng.With SWOT analysis,it summarizes a way for developing building economy in Weicheng and puts forward such countermeasures as strengthening the guide role of the government,optimizing policy guarantee mechanism,improving the management and service levels of government and enterprises,accomplishing the investment promotion for the building industry,improving building quality,activating capitals and human resources.
