Research On The Development Of Building The Econumy Of Shijiazhuang Main City Zone

As an emerging urban characteristic economy,building economy is a kind of economic form which can strongly promote regional economic development.The development of building economy is conductive to the economic growth as well as improve the city's total economic benefits.It has become a new economic growth point,the new idea and new mode of urban development.In order to clarify the problems during the building economic development of the main district of Shijiazhuang city and provide ideas for the development,this article takes Qiaodong district for an example to analyze it.Firstly, we describe the connotation and characteristics of the building economy in detail,and analyze the required conditions for its development,which conclude the good location,the obvious advantage of zone,the centralized development of area,the high standard of building construction,the scale of attracting foreign capital and the scale of production in the certain criteria and so on.On this basis,the article emphatically analyzed the basic principle that needed to follow in the building economy and its influencing factors.After that,it carries thorough analysis and points out that the development of building economy should be insisted on some principle,like agglomeration, adaptability, systemic, characteristic, principle of marketability, institutional, service, prospective etc. After a basis analysis of building economy, this article uses the SWOT method to make a systematically analyze its internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges that have close relation with Shijiazhuang Qiaodong district building economic development. Then the article fully expounds and summarizes the problems of the building economic development of Qiaodong district, and provides reliable decision-making basis for the building economic development of Qiaodong district.However, regional economic development between different cities are not common, we also need to solve problems from the actual situation.In this article, we analyze the current building economic development situation of Qiaodong district from the impacts of business building types, spatial distribution and usage, and further points out the problems in the development of building economy, which can be summed up as the following:the gold content of business building is not high, the geographical distribution is not homogeneous,the environment of software and hardware is not good, and the characteristic orientation of business building is unknown. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this article puts forward constructive suggestions on the development of main district building economy of Shijiazhuang city, and makes certain contribution to improve the development of building economy.
