A Research On The Development Strategy For Building Economy Of Yantai Zhifu District

In recent years,as a new economic form,building economy plays a more and more important role in the development of urban economy in China,with the characteristics of high efficiency,agglomeration and dependence.In the whole economic development of this city,it has a very obvious economic effect and important significance of the development of building economy.In the current society,with the continuous development of modern cities,the urban industrial structure is optimized and upgradedconstantly.The development of building economy has become an important engine to break the bottle-neck of space shortage and to promote the optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structure.Zhifu district is the business center,cultural center,life center,business center and leisure center in Yantai.It will become a better cultural and artistic center,business office center,creative industry base,ecological and livable urban area,which becomesanindicativezone with modernization and power in the future.With more than 30 years development,Zhifu district boasts the conditions for the rapid development of the building economy,which becomes a preferable area for building economy.Therefore,this paper draws the lessons from the successful experience of building economy in big cities,at the same time,it takes the start-up building economy in the Zhifu district as an example.After the field investigation,it grasps theinformation of building economy development in Zhifu district,analyzes the present building economy situation,characteristics and problems.On this basis,this paper puts forward the mode and strategy of the key development of the building economy in Zhifu district in the future,and explores the successful methods for the development of the building economy in the small and medium-sized cities or even in the county.
