The Jing-Jin-Ji region has become the third largest growth pole of China's economy after the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta in recent years. The economic development of the region has played an indelible role in promoting China's rapid economic growth, but with the continuous development of the economy, the economic imbalances and regional differences in the Jing-Jin-Ji region continue to be significant. This issue will not only affect the speed and quality of regional economic development, but also hinder the sustainability of the entire national economy. As a measure of the sustainable development of economy and resource environment, improving the green total factor productivity in the Jing-Jin-Ji region has become an inevitable requirement for the Jing-Jin-Ji region to solve the irrational use of resources, build an intensive economic growth model, and promote regional coordinated development. Therefore, based on the existing research results, this thesis analyzes and explores the factors affecting the green total factor productivity in the Jing-Jin-Ji region in view of the spatial and temporal differences in the green total factor productivity in the Jing-Jin-Ji region, and implements the major strategy for the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji region, the main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzes the trend of changes in green total factor productivity and the redundancy of factors in the Jing-Jin-Ji region.Based on the theory and concept of green total factor productivity, scientifically construct an input-output indicator system for green total factor productivity evaluation. From the perspective of undesired output and direction relaxation, the measurement of green total factor productivity in the Jing-Jin-Ji region is carried out,and the regional differences in productivity and the redundancy of factors are analyzed in depth. The results show that there are serious regional differences in the Jing-Jin-Ji region. The development of the Beijing-Tianjin region is much higher than that in the cities of Hebei Province. The main factors that restrict the productivity increase of the three regions are the irrationality of environmental pollutants discharge and resource utilization.(2)Using the coefficient of variation, the Theil index and the spatial metrology theory to analyze the spatial and temporal differences and spatial correlation of the green total factor productivity in the Jing-Jin-Ji region. The results showed that the difference of GTFP in Jing-Jin-Ji was increasing, and the difference mainly came from intra-group differences, and the mean contribution rate between groups was below 50%.Through the exploratory spatial data analysis, the economic geospatial weight matrix is established, the spatial dependence of the Jing-Jin-Ji region is tested by the Moran index, and the spatial-temporal evolution of the green total factor productivity scatter plot of the Jing-Jin-Ji cities is based on the space-time transition measure.Expand the analysis and analyze the spatial clustering characteristics to provide a basis for the spatial econometric model.(3)Exploring the effects of factors affecting green total factor productivity and refining the main factors affecting productivity improvement.Based on the literature analysis and the evaluation of green total factor productivity,it analyzes six aspects: industrial structure, technological progress, human capital, foreign direct investment, energy structure and environmental regulation. The results show that industrial structure, technological progress, energy structure and environmental regulation have a positive effect on total factor productivity, and human capital and foreign direct investment have a negative effect on it.Based on this, the green total factor productivity improvement strategy is given from six aspects: human capital flow system, industrial transformation and upgrading, energy consumption structure, foreign investment access conditions, environmental regulation ideas and performance evaluation.
