In the context of the rapid development of the sharing economy and artificial intelligence,market competition is getting more and more intense,enterprises have taken major changes,the era of "iron rice bowl" no longer exists,people's uncertainty about future work is getting higher and higher,and job insecurity is becoming more and more serious.Studies have shown that job insecurity creates a series of negative effects on individuals and organizations,and also affects employees' family life,leading to work-family conflicts.Therefore,this study focuses on the mechanism of psychological detachment between job insecurity and work-family conflict,and the functional boundary of regulatory focuses and family-friendly practices.In this study,285 valid samples were collected from the employees of the enterprise,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and EQS 6.1.The results showed that:(1)Quantitative job insecurity has a significant positive impact on work-family conflicts and is partially mediated by psychological detachment;(2)Psychological detachment completely mediates the impact of qualitative job insecurity on work-family conflicts;(3)Prevention focus moderated the former path of mediating effects of Quantitative job insecurity through psychological detachment on work-family conflicts,specifically,a high level of prevention focus will enhance the indirect effect of quantitative job insecurity through psychological detachment on work-family conflicts;(4)Family-friendly practices moderated the latter path of mediating effects of job insecurity(quantitative job insecurity and qualitative job insecurity)through psychological detachment on work-family conflicts,specifically,the higher the family-friendly practices perceived by employees,the weaker the impact of job insecurity on work-family conflicts through psychological detachment.Finally,we talked about the meaning of the findings and management implications.
