Family-friendly practice is to help employees better fulfill family responsibilities, to ease their work-family conflict, to promote the harmonious development of labor relations, enhance the employees well-being plays an important role.This study aimed to investigate the relationship among family-friendly practices, employee well-being, job performance and perceived organizational support, explored the mechanism of family-friendly practices. Using questionnaires to 284 employees from different industries and organizational nature of the investigation, the use of spss20.0 statistical analysis software for data analysis, the following conclusions:(1) family-friendly practices and employee well-being is positively correlated;(2) family-friendly practices and job performance positively correlated;(3) perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role in the impact of family-friendly practices to employees well-being; and(4) perceived organizational support in the affected family-friendly practices on job performance in plays an intermediary role;(5) Employee well-being plays an intermediary role in the impact of family-friendly work practices in performance;(6) job performance plays an intermediary role in the impact of family-friendly practices in employee well-being.According to the above conclusion, human resource management can take the following measures:(1) high-level leaders support organization for family-friendly practices;(2) the use of family-friendly practices related measures, improve the welfare system;(3) to create a family-friendly organization culture;(4) enhance staff training to help employees better deal with work-family relationship;(5) a positive change inherent in the concept of individual employees, the correct treatment of the relationship between work and family.
