In the contemporary society that pursueing innovation,labor flexibility and efficiency priority,the traditional career development path characterized by lifelong employment and linear development of positions is becoming more and more diversified,and individual career development shows more borderlessness and unpredictability.This indicates that employees should actively conduct the responsibility of self-career management.In order to cope with the changing labor market,they need to enhance their career competencies which make their careers develop sustainablely so that they can get more opportunities for career development and achieve Successful transition between different positions,functions,roles and organizations.The relationship between work and family,is the link between work life and family life,which has become an important symbol of professional success.In the relationship between work and family,the impact of work on the family is particularly important.The study found that the relationship between work-family is actually a mutual spill over relationship.Due to the scarcity of resources,when individual work roles and family roles compete for resources such as time and energy,conflicts between the two roles will occur,which is not conducive to the development of individuals and enterprises.Through the combing and analysis of domestic and foreign theoretical literature,this study explores the impact mechanism of corporate employees` career competencies on their work-family relationship(including work-family promotion and work-family conflict)in China context,through the introduction of mediating variables.Job crafting and regulating the psychological detachment from Work of variables to study the mechanism of career competencies in the work-family relationship(including work-family promotion and work-family conflict),thereby constructing a career competencies,job carfting,and psychological detachment from work and a model of the relationship between the four variables of work-family relationship(including work-family promotion and work-family conflict)and propose relevant assumptions.Then,all kinds of enterprise employees were listed as research objects,and questionnaires were issued to conduct investigations.SPSS 23.0 was used to process and analyze 264 valid questionnaires collected,and then the relationship model was verified and the research conclusions were finally obtained.The conclusion of the study are as follows:(1)Career competencies affect work-family relationships and can simultaneously have an influence on both work-family conflicts and work-family promotion.Career competencies are positively affecting work-family promotion and negatively affecting work-family conflicts.(2)Career competencies have a significant positive impact on job crafting behavior,work crafting is positively affecting work-family promotion and negatively affecting work-family conflicts,Job crafting mediates between career competencies and work-family promotion and work-family conflict.(3)Psychological detachment from work plays a regulatory role in job crafting and work-family conflict.(4)Psychological detachment from work the impact of career competencies on work-family conflicts through work crafting.Specifically,when the degree of psychological detachment from work is high,the intermediary role of work crafting is stronger;on the contrary,the mediating effect is weaker.This research enriches the research on career competencies and work-family relationship,explores the mechanism of work crafting in it,and expands the research field of psychological detachment from work.At the end of the study,management suggestions based on the conclusions provide new ideas for enterprises to reduce employees' work-family conflicts and cultivate their career competencies,which is of guiding significance for promoting both individual and organizational development.
