Empirical Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Agricultural Insurance Insured Willingness In Hebei Province

Agriculture as a basic industry has always been an industry that is related to the lifeblood of the country.At the same time,agriculture is a weak industry that is greatly affected by natural disasters.After a serious natural disaster,it will have a great impact on agricultural production.When crops are unstable,It will have a direct impact on the production and life of farmers.Therefore,agricultural insurance came into being.It has helped farmers to resist natural disasters and ensure their harvest.Agricultural insurance has effectively dispersed various risks in agricultural production and compensated for the losses faced by farmers after the disaster.Protect the living standards of farmers and so on.Since 2007,Hebei Province has vigorously promoted policy-based agricultural insurance.After several years of development,it has achieved remarkable results.However,in the rapid development of agricultural insurance in Hebei Province,various problems still need to be solved.How to improve the willingness of farmers to participate in agricultural insurance has become the key to solving the problems existing in the current agricultural development of Hebei Province.This paper analyzes the agricultural insurance of Hebei Province by analyzing the influencing factors of agricultural insurance participation in Hebei Province.The development status of Hebei Province summarizes the problems of agricultural subsidy development in Hebei Province,such as insufficient financial subsidies,low level of protection,narrow coverage of agricultural insurance,high operating costs and low participation rate.Secondly,the agricultural insurance of farmers in Hebei Province The descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the questionnaire data of the influencing factors of the willingness;again,the Logistic binary regression model was used to empirically analyze the influence of the relevant influencing factors.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the agricultural insurance participation of farmers in Hebei Province were proposed.Through analysis,it is found that: First,Hebei Agricultural Insurance has experienced rapid development in scale and system since 2007,bringing tangible benefits to farmers.Second,Hebei Agricultural Insurance is also developing at the same time.Many problems,solving the low willingness of farmers to participate in agricultural insurance participation is an important way to promote the development of agricultural insurance in Hebei Province;third,the gender,age,education level,awareness of agricultural insurance,government subsidies have a significant impact on their willingness to participate in the insurance,and should be fully considered when addressing the low willingness of farmers to participate in insurance.The innovations of this paper are mainly manifested in two aspects.The first is the innovation of research methods.Based on the detailed first-hand survey data,this paper uses the Logistic model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the farmers' agricultural insurance willingness in Hebei Province based on the perspective of farmers.Analysis is an important feature of this article.Second,the research is more systematic.In the past,research on agricultural insurance focused more on the model of agricultural insurance,subsidies,and risk management.This paper combines the above research directions,and analyzes the influencing factors of the farmer's agricultural insurance willingness from the perspective of farmers,and studies the development of agricultural insurance in Hebei Province more systematic.
