The new generation of migrant workers has become a powerful team which cannot be neglected in Chinese socialist construction. Their living security, thus, is also the preoccupation in current social management. Due to the characteristics of this new generation, this problem is destined to be more diverse than their elder generation, because it is not only affected by the concept of rural endowment, but also influenced by the individual development in this risk society. In order to resolve this group’s the pension crisis over the next decades and promote in the integration of urban and rural construction, the new generation of migrant workers should be involved in pension insurance system, enabling their dream about "sense of security" to achieve.From the risk society theory, this paper takes the new migrant workers, who work in Nanning administrative district, as an example, employing the questionnaire and case study method, discussing the influencing factor on their willingness of engaging in pension insurance system. By establishing a binary logistic regression model and adopting the method of data analysis, the results show that a lot of factors can have a significant impact on their willingness, including their marital status, jobs, career choices, future goals, ordinary expenditure, pension risk awareness, information dissemination channels, their trust levels about the system. In addition, this paper also analyzes these factors, and puts forward some pertinent advice from the view of risk society theory.
