| Under the background of global economic integration and the continuous development of high and new technology,the phenomenon of industrial integration is becoming more and more obvious,and the traditional industries are gradually integrated into new industries,which have a profound impact on the modern industrial structure and economic development.Agriculture as a primary industry in the process of modernization to the secondary and tertiary industries penetrate the integration of the increasingly common phenomenon.In recent years,the integration of rural one,two,and three industries has gradually become the focus of rural revitalization.The government has successively issued a series of policies to support the integration of rural,secondary,and tertiary industries.With the development of the economy,the tourism demand of urban population has increased year by year,and agricultural tourism has emerged as the times require.Agricultural park has emerged as an important carrier of agricultural tourism around the city.As an important way for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural tourism under the new economic normal,the healthy development of Agricultural park is of great significance to the development of regional economy.Facing the current development boom of Agricultural park,scientifically and rationally evaluating the development of industrial integration and guiding the effective implementation of urban agricultural industry integration is a relatively realistic problem in the current urban agricultural development.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth discussions on the integration of Agricultural park industry,but the research objects are mostly based on the inter-regional relationship or the comparison between individual cases,and few samples from the perspective of the district are selected for comparative evaluation.As an important area for the economic development of the western region,the eastern region of Sichuan has begun to take shape and has great development potential.Therefore,this paper selects the urban agricultural park in the east of Sichuan as a sample,studies its industrial integration development model and evaluates the fusion effect,which has important practical significance for promoting the integration of rural industry and the sustainable development of regional Agricultural park industry.In this paper,52 samples were selected for research in the hilly area of Eastern Sichuan Basin.According to different leading industries,urban agricultural parks were divided into resource-oriented,industry-oriented and service-oriented industries and analyzed.Based on the theory of industrial chain,the theory of agricultural multi-function,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of urban-rural integration,this paper draws on the research literature of fusion evaluation in other fields,combines the Agricultural park industry integration model and the realization path in Eastern Sichuan Basin,and selects “Agriculture and Ersan "Industrial integration" and "integration development benefits" are three aspects of the urban agricultural industry integration evaluation index system.The final evaluation index was screened by expert consultation method,and the subjective weight of the indicator was determined by AHP method.Then the entropy weight method is used to correct the acquired weights,and the urban Agricultural park industry integration evaluation model of Chongqing is constructed.Finally,the evaluation sample scores are weighted to obtain the final scores of each sample,and the urban agricultural industry integration evaluation results are divided into I,II,III,IV,and V grades representing excellent,good,general,poor,and very poor grades.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the different leading industries,the industrial integration mode of agricultural parks in the hilly area of Eastern Sichuan Basin is divided into resource-oriented,industry-oriented and service-oriented.Among them,the number of service-oriented agricultural parks is the largest,mainly relying on agricultural resources to provide corresponding leisure and tourism services to the integration of the first and second industries;the industrial-oriented agricultural parks are second,mostly relying on agricultural industries and agricultural products processing,extending forward and backward through the industrial chain.Integration with one or three industries;the number of resourceoriented urban agricultural parks is the least,and the development of agricultural tourism and farming experience activities is based on the expansion of agricultural versatility.(2)The evaluation level of industrial integration of Agricultural park parks in the hilly area of Eastern Sichuan Basin is concentrated at I,II,III,and IV,accounting for 7.89%,26.32%,55.26%,and 10.53%,respectively.The service-oriented urban agricultural park industry integration evaluation scores the highest,the industry-oriented urban agricultural park industry integration evaluation scores are in the middle,and the resource-oriented urban agricultural park industry integration evaluation scores the lowest.(3)The integration of Agricultural park industry in the hilly area of Eastern Sichuan Basin is determined by various factors,including the net income per unit area,the added value of agricultural products,the number of tourist receptions per year,the frequency of promotion and promotion of enterprises,the number of agricultural science and technology personnel,and the scale of agricultural raw material bases.These six indicators are important factors influencing the integration and development of urban agricultural industries.Based on the above research conclusions,the following optimization suggestions are proposed for the industrial integration of Agricultural park parks in the hilly area of Eastern Sichuan Basin:(1)The government should improve the relevant systems and promote the sound development of Agricultural park industry.(2)Pay attention to the development of special agricultural products or tourism products to enhance market competitiveness.(3)Diversified tourism methods should be developed to increase tourism attractiveness.(4)Investment in talent capital should be increased and high technology should be introduced.(5)It is necessary to speed up the construction of agricultural product sales and service platforms,and tourism promotion and publicity should be strengthened.
