Jiangning Gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park Development Problems And Countermeasures Research

The "three rural" contradictions,as a key contradiction that affects the country and society,have always been highly valued by the CPC Central Committee.The rural work conference held in2020 stressed that only by building modern industrial parks in rural areas,actively developing modern agriculture and promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side can we further accelerate the deep integration of three industries.Therefore,based on the background of industrial integration in rural areas and the construction of agricultural yuan,this study uses relevant theories to study Jiangning gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park,from the investigation and research of capital construction,the effectiveness of industrial development status,and the interest relationship and demand between operators and farmers in the agricultural industrial park,This paper discusses the problems and deficiencies in the development of gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park in Jiangning gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for its development,hoping to provide reference for the better development and integration of urban and rural areas.Based on 10 field interviews,it is found that the relevant government and community staff of Gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park in Jiangning District are more worried about the capital channels of Gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park and the self-Media publicity of the head of household.On the one hand,most of the construction and development funds of Gongtangtou agricultural industrial park come from district finance,but facing the long-term and in-depth development of Agricultural Industrial Park,how to broaden financing channels and improve fund use efficiency has become a key factor in the development of agricultural industrial park.On the other hand,in order to help Gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park promote characteristic agricultural products and improve its popularity,streets and communities often organize large-scale activities,but operators’ enthusiasm for self media publicity is not high and the effect is not obvious.Based on the questionnaire of 104 farmers and 24 business households,first,it is found that the operating households and farmers are not satisfied with the current management system of the industrial park,and their expectations for the development of Gongtangtou agricultural industrial park do not match the current situation;Second,the scientific and technological level of agricultural production is not high,and there is a lack of planting of characteristic agricultural products;Third,it is found that the business projects of operators are generally concentrated in agricultural planting,catering and home stay industries,which is quite homogeneous with other agricultural industrial parks in Jiangning District,the characteristics of agricultural products and related industries are not obvious,and large-scale operators have a great advantage in market competition.Third,it is found that the distribution of interests between operators and farmers is unbalanced,It leads to frequent contradictions between operators and farmers,and does not form a strong joint force in the development of agricultural industrial park.According to the development status of Gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park and the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for gongtangtou Agricultural Industrial Park: first,promote industrialized management,actively introduce large enterprises in combination with regional characteristics,develop characteristic leading industries and promote the construction of industrial clusters;Second,increase financial support,improve the diversified investment system under the guidance of the government,improve agricultural financing channels,and establish an agricultural policy insurance system;Third,build a scientific and technological innovation system,increase scientific research investment,introduce agricultural scientific research institutions,and pay attention to the transformation of high and new technologies;Fourth,improve the operation and management system,build the development management committee of Agricultural Industrial Park,implement the corporate management mode,and strengthen the organizational strength of farmers;Fifth,optimize the interest distribution mechanism of industrial parks,revitalize collective assets,build secondary distribution,strengthen collective economic cooperation organizations,form on-site mechanisms,and expand farmers’ income through information construction.
