Research On Law Enforcement Of Network Transaction Supervision In Hubei Province

With the rapid development of China’s Internet,online transactions have become a new trading method,integrated into various life links and many social and economic fields.Compared with the rapid development of online transactions,the regulation and enforcement of the online trading market are at a relatively backward stage.Therefore,the regulatory authorities need to carry out effective administrative enforcement,and also need to conduct research on the supervision and enforcement of online transactions.This paper mainly studies the administrative law enforcement in the network transaction supervision of Hubei Province,aiming at combing and analyzing the actual dilemmas faced by the supervision and enforcement,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner.Firstly,through analyzing the related literatures,the thesis sorts out some related concepts involved in online transactions,focusing on the definition of online transactions and the content of online transaction supervision.Combined with the concept of administrative law enforcement,this paper defines the network transaction supervision and enforcement involved in this paper.In turn,it leads to the market failure and the performance of government supervision theory in the online trading market.Through the combing of laws and regulations,the basic framework of network transaction supervision is constructed.Secondly,based on the survey results of the network market data of Hubei Province,the paper analyzes the current situation of Hubei online trading market.From the analysis of the typical cases of illegal subjects,law enforcement personnel and professional reports,the problems and difficulties in the actual law enforcement process are explored,and the illegal cost is low due to the characteristics and characteristics of internal factors.The laws and regulations on external factors are relatively lagging behind,and the law enforcement methods are insufficient.Analysis of the causes of administrative resource waste and legal awareness.Finally,it proposes to regulate the laws and regulations of network transactions in Hubei Province,improve administrative efficiency,and construct three suggestions for social co-governance.
