Research On Inventory Combination Pledged Financing Based On Market Risk

With the development of China's market economy,the status of Small and medium enterprises(or SMEs)in the modern economic construction has gradually increased.The number of SMEs is the overwhelming majority of all enterprises,and the contribution to economic indicators is also increasing.SMEs play an important role in China's economy,however,the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs has always affected them.SMEs have more than one type of inventory,and inventory portfolio pledge financing is a supply chain financial innovation that can use these inventories to finance them.Inventory pledge financing business is regarded as the core form of logistics and supply chain financial innovation.Therefore,the research on inventory portfolio pledge financing has theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly sorts out the literature on inventory pledge financing and inventory combination pledge financing at home and abroad,analyzes the previous research models and key points,and sorts out the development process and basic concepts of inventory pledge financing and inventory combination pledge financing.The development of inventory portfolio pledge has experienced a transition from simple to complex,from inefficient to efficient,from static pledge to dynamic pledge,and has gradually developed a more flexible supply chain financing model with multi-category inventory pledge financing.Next,this paper analyzes the various risks faced by commercial banks in the inventory combination pledge financing business,and considers that market risk management is an important part of commercial bank risk management.Then through the mathematical model to analyze the incentive effect of commercial banks on third-party logistics enterprises and how to find a satisfactory incentive strategy for commercial banks,how to control and decide on market risk,and optimize the business process of inventory combination pledge financing.At the end,the paper analyzes the problems faced by commercial banks in carrying out inventory portfolio pledge financing.Based on these problems,the optimization scheme is proposed to provide commercial banks with certain businessguidance and risk management methods.
