Research On Project Management In AEO Authentication

Projectmanagement originated inAmerica.After developing for so many years,it now has an important place in management science.Project management has been proved to be a mature and special management system.Nowadays it is used in all industries to manage various projects and routine work.Practice shows that it is an efficient and scientific management method.It has incomparable advancement in increasing efficiency,accelerating project progress,strengthening team's solidarity and improving the project quality.Under the “One Belt and One Road” initiative,China's Customs is gradually achieving mutual recognition of AEO certification with OBOR countries and other economy entities to help Chinese enterprises participate better in international trade.The Customs scored remarkable results in 2018.In 2019,the customs will strongly advance the consultation with OBOR countries to help Chinese enterprises go global and contribute to the global trade security.In such a good environment,the customs also establish various policies to guide the enterprises to achieve higher standards in trade security and inner control.Before the release of the no.237 decree of the customs,the customs didn't force the enterprises to do authentication,then many enterprises did the business in old standards,but they could not meet the requirement of the customs.So the customs claim that all the enterprises that engage in import and export trade and registered in the customs should participate in AEO authentication.The enterprises that pass the advanced or general authentication can get different preferential policies.The enterprises that break faith will be supervised severely.So far,more and more enterprises participate in the AEO authentication.But the customs standards are different in different industries,so there is no experience and pattern to use for reference,the authentication of every enterprise is a brand new project.This paper explains how to use project management to do the AEO authentication.This paper will set company H's AEO authentication as an example,start from the project objective,then go through the project plan,implementation and control,acceptance and evaluation to show the whole management of the project.The whole process of the authentication is also managed with the knowledge,tools and methods of project management.Though the project is not verified at last due to the temporary termination of the customs,it brings promoting effect to the whole system and operation of the enterprise.Practice proves that using project management to manage the whole process of AEO authentication is effective.This method can increase management efficiency,complete the project plan better and then improve the management level and competitive power of the enterprise.With this effective management method and complete construction of the hardware,the authentication of the enterprise can be successfully passed.
