In early 2010, EU has set up further mandatory certification requirements on CE certification which makes many Chinese export companies in trouble, especially the China's building materials companies which mostly are small and medium company.At the same time, CE certification project which involves relatively narrow field and scope, is not like other common building project with a huge operation money. Therefore, no one has been given CE certification project the project management concept, and very few people focus on this issue.Based on the trend of the development of the CE and the EU market environment, Combined with theory knowledge of project management, this article will comprehensively analysis cost and schedule control, quality control, risk control, communication control of CE certification of Fushi Wood Company and find the problems and opinions. Earn value method is used to forecast the possibility of time lag and cost overruns on cost and schedule control. Based on the principle of quality control of PDCA, plan, action, check and act are performed in turn on quality control. On the risk control, it is divided into stages of acceptance, certification and after-certification respectively with analysis of risk kinds, risk degrees, risk control. On the communication control, it is going to state how important are the communication skills.Finally, it needs to be summarized on the problems necessary to be improved and promoted to other peer enterprises. It would be meaningful for both construction companies and certification bodies. |
