Research On Enterprise Decision-making Of Different Power Structures In Supply Chain Under Differential Carbon Tax

Reducing carbon emissions has become the consensus of the world.Although the carbon tax is regarded as one of the most influential policies and favored by all walks of life,the reality shows that a unified carbon tax policy both are unsatisfactory in terms of carbon reduction and economic efficiency,and it has led to the failure of corporate decision-making.Based on this,the government is actively communicating with enterprises,and according to the supply chain environment of enterprises to introduce a targeted differential carbon tax policy in order to achieve the best social welfare and enterprise interests.On the other hand,from the reality,there are different distribution of power in the supply chain,which leads to different power structures.The difference of power structure will have an important impact on the decision-making of enterprises in the supply chain.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the balanced decision-making of enterprises with different power structures in the supply chain under the background of the government's implementation of differential carbon tax from the perspective of making a clear business decision and the total social welfare.In this paper,the supply chain composed of single manufacturer and single retailer is taken as the research object.The game theory is used to construct the decentralized decision-making model of centralized decision-making without power structure and different power structure(manufacturer-led,retailer-led and equal power).Using the real data of enterprises to do numerical simulation,the research result of this study is more realistic and brings forward the management enlightenment from the two aspects of enterprises and government.This paper mainly launches the research from the following aspects:First,whether to consider the power structure of the supply chain decision-making comparative analysis.In the centralized decision-making supply chain that does not consider the power structure,it is believed that the supply chain profit and total social welfare are higher than the decentralized decision supply chain with different power structures.By introducing bargaining power and risk preference,this paper uses Nash bargaining model to analyze the new profit of enterprises.The research shows that the enterprise can be optimized through centralized contract,and the Pareto improvement is realized preliminarily.Second,comparing the decision-making of enterprises in different power structure models of supply chain.The analysis shows that the power structure will affect the supply chain business pricing,performance and other decision-making.Under the influence of differential carbon tax and random market demand,the members of supply chain will make profits due to their dominance.The distribution of profit and power is positively correlated.An empowered supply chain has the best environmental and financial performance,which is most beneficial to improve the efficiency of supply chain.Finally,in order to explore the impact of the demand function form on decision-making of supply chain enterprises with different power structures,an extended analysis of linear stochastic demand is made.The research shows that under the condition of certain distribution of demand parameters,retailers may obtain a greater share of profits in the manufacturer-led supply chain,which manufacturers will not have this ability.
