With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, enterprises are increasingly oriented to the supply chain management model with the purpose of win-win cooperation,consumer-oriented end products gradually marked the supply chain cooperation brand, and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)also extends to the entire supply chain. As a result,CSR-based supply chain governance has become a hot research. However, most of the current research on Supply Chain Social Responsibility(SCSR)focuses on demonstrating the mutual promotion between CSR and sustainable development of supply chain and mainly focuses on empirical research. There are not many studies that embed CSR into the specific operation and collaborative governance of the supply chain. Therefore, taking into account a variety of factors, this paper using CAS theory, game theory and so on,has a deep exploration and research on SCSR collaborative governance mechanism. The main contents of this paper include three parts:First, based on the CAS theory, this paper systematically analyzes the SCSR collaborative governance problem and establishes the relevant conceptual model. It focuses on the driving factors of SCSR collaborative governance, the implementation of the system and its dynamic response process, the specific content of governance mechanism and collaborative model. Therefore, these laid the theoretical basis for systematic thinking and overall understanding of SCSR collaborative governance. Then, based on the above theoretical analysis of SCSR co-governance mechanism, this paper focuses on the sharing of social responsibility in the supply chain and the distribution mechanism of benefits. From the conceptual model to the mathematical modeling, the theoretical derivation and solution are discussed, which is based on game theory, stakeholder theory and supply chain governance theory.A cooperative,non-cooperative three-stage dynamic game model is established under a supplier and a manufacturer of the secondary supply chain structure and the inverse solution is used to obtain the equilibrium solution of the sub-game model.Through the comparative analysis, this paper finds out the optimal liability sharing method and the reasonable range of the benefit distribution coefficient based on the sharing method. Finally,in order to make a more intuitive display of the above mathematical model, this paper uses the Matlab software to carry on the numerical simulation, the numerical verification and the conclusion analysis, discusses the optimal responsibility sharing way and the value distribution coefficient of the optimal distribution mode. And this paper provides the theoretical basis for the CSR decision of the supply chain and its node enterprises. The results of this paper effectively improve the Pareto improvement of the supply chain,including(1)improving the social responsibility performance of the node enterprise and the supply chain;(2)increasing the overall revenue of the supply chain;(3)Through SCSR collaborative governance, members of the supply chain Enterprises can also obtain greater profits comparing running alone. This paper attempts to systematically construct a set of SCSR collaborative governance model and relevant model on mechanism, and conducts in-depth theoretical analysis.Through the deep theoretical analysis, the paper focuses on the SCSR responsibility sharing mechanism and the benefit distribution mechanism are discussed and studied. It is expected that the research work of this paper will be of practical significance to the promotion of SCSR collaborative governance, and it will be of theoretical value for enterprises to better survive and develop in the supply chain competition mode and social responsibility environment.
