Study Of Benefits Distribution Of Supply Chain Based On The Degree Of Information Sharing

’:As the development of supply chain has been to the stage of collaboration, the need of information sharing is more and more urgent. The increasing of information sharing degree will improve the operation efficiency, reduce the cost, and enhance the response speed of the market. However the level of supply chain information sharing is not only limited by information technology, but also by the positivity of node enterprises. Under the existing way of profit distribution, improving the information sharing level of node enterprises will increase their operational risk and costs, instead of add their profits. This kind of phenomenon limits the improving of information sharing.Based on the above phenomenon, the paper designs the way of profit distribution including influence of information sharing degree of node enterprises. Firstly, the article quantifies the information sharing degree of node enterprises in the supply chain. The paper has redefined the concept of information sharing degree by combining with theory of information entropy and connecting the information sharing degree with information order degree in the supply chain. Secondly, the paper establishes the profit distribution models of upstream and downstream node enterprises including their bargaining power. By calculating the Nash equilibrium result of model, we can get expression of profit distribution coefficient. Lastly, the paper has built a bargaining power model in which includes the information sharing degree of the node enterprise. We can get the final model by substituting the bargaining power model into the profit distribution coefficient model.The article takes further analysis by providing diffset. Taking automobile supply chain for example, the article analyses the profit distribution relationship of manufacturing enterprise and his supplier in upstream. Last chapter has summarized the advantages and disadvantages of this article.
