Research On The Development Of Rural Industrial Integration

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the central government has repeatedly stressed the need to promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and to promote the integration of agricultural industry chain and the upgrading of value chain.From the perspective of agricultural development,the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is conducive to the development of multi-functional agriculture in China,to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,to promote supply-side reform in the field of agriculture,and is a realistic choice to deal with the new normal agricultural economy.Ji'an City,which belongs to Tonghua City,Jilin Province,is a typical small city with agriculture and tourism as its economic growth point.In the economic system of Ji'an City,ginseng industry occupies a pivotal position.Developing the integration of ginseng industry plays an important role in promoting the transformation and development of ginseng industry in Ji'an City.On the one hand,the development of ginseng industry integration is conducive to the stable growth of farmers' income,the acquisition of advanced planting technology and production services,and the avoidance of market risks,developing the integration of ginseng industry is conducive to the steady growth of farmers' income,access to advanced planting technology and production services,and help farmers avoid market risks;on the other hand,developing the integration of ginseng industry can promote technology diffusion and promote standardized production through a closer interest-linking mechanism,so as to solve the current intensive process and low quality of products problem of ginseng industry in Ji'an City.As a dominant industry in Ji'an City,the integration and development of ginseng industry can play an exemplary role in promoting the development of other industries,and may also become an important driving force for the transformation of Ji'an's agriculture to modern agriculture under the new normal conditions.This paper mainly uses the research methods of investigation and literature research,as main research methods,firstly,the paper introduces the present situation of ginseng industry and integration of ginseng industry in Ji'an city through field investigation and questionnaire survey.Based on 225 questionnaires,12 changes are selected from four dimensions: resource endowment difference,perceived behavior control,interest bonding tightness and satisfaction with other subjects.Logit model was used to analyze the willingness of participating in agriculture and its influencing factors in the process of ginseng industry integration.The results show that 67.6% of the farmers are willing to participate in industrial integration,and the overall willingness to participate is high.The main factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in industrial integration are resource endowment differences,perceived behavior control,close interest linkages and satisfaction with other subjects.Among them,price risk,participation in enterprise work,sharing of tourism revenue and demand for cooperatives,enterprise satisfaction,cooperative satisfaction have a more significant positive impact on the willingness to participate in industrial integration.Secondly,through the SWOT analysis of the integration development of ginseng industry in Ji'an,we can grasp the development thinking,development path and development direction of ginseng industry integration from the strategic level.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and development of ginseng industry in Ji'an City.This study is the first to systematically study on the vertical integration development of ginseng industry in Ji'an City,and providing reference for the integration development of ginseng industry in Ji'an City.
