Analysis On The Status Quo And Trend Of Agricultural Mechanization Development In Fusongcounty

In 2018,the comprehensive mechanization rate of crop cultivation nationwide was over 67 percent,and the comprehensive mechanization rate of major food crops was more than 80 percent.With the development of agricultural mechanization in China for 70 years,the level of agricultural machinery manufacturing has been steadily improved,the total amount of agricultural machinery equipment has continued to increase,and the level of agricultural machinery operation has increased rapidly.The agricultural mechanization of our country has entered a higher and newer period of development.However,the imbalance between regions and crops has become an important factor restricting the further improvement of agricultural mechanization level in China.In the 13 th five-year Plan,the requirement of speeding up the construction of full-scale mechanization of agriculture has also been clearly putforward.Fusong County,located in the hinterland of Changbai Mountain,has obvious landform characteristics of "Mid-mountain area",with an area of 615928.17 hm ~ 2 and a total cultivated land area of 30367.91 hm ~ 2,accounting for 4.93 percent.[more than 300,000 mu,the flat land(slope less than 15 degrees)is only more than 50,000 mu." Carefully verify that the arable land area is three hundred thousand mu(more than 20,000 hectares),or 30367.91hm2(four million five hundred and fifty five thousand one hundred and ninety nine mu)arable land is characterized by more sloping land,less flat land,not connected,suitable for small and flexible agricultural machinery operations.Taking the agricultural mechanization of Fusong County as the research object,this paper analyzes the agricultural mechanization of Fusong County.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the level of mechanization in the whole eastern region,especially in Jilin Province,to present the main problems,make clear the development trend,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the level of mechanization in the whole eastern region,especially in Jilin Province.The main research and work contents of this paper are asfollows:(1)investigation on the development of agricultural mechanization in Fusong County.From the aspects of the quantity of agricultural machinery held in Fusong County,the degree of agricultural mechanization,the degree of mechanization of main crops,and the degree of mechanization of operation,we carried out a "sampling" survey in various areas within the county level.According to the investigation results,the present situation and development trend of agricultural mechanization in Fusong County are analyzed andstudied.(2)Analysisofthefactorsrestrictingthedevelopmentofagriculturalmechanizationin Fusong County.It mainly includes the present situation of economic development,the whole structure and level of agricultural machinery equipment,the socialized service system of agricultural machinery,farmers' satisfaction with agricultural machinery,the professional quality of agricultural machinery extension personnel,the extension mechanism of agricultural mechanization and soon.(3)suggestions and countermeasures for speeding up the development of agricultural mechanization in Fusong County.It mainly includes the investment of funds,the development of agricultural machinery socialized service organization,the improvement of agricultural machinery extension service system,the improvement of the quality of agricultural machinery practitioners and extension personnel,and soon.
